All our products come with a 12-months warranty (extendible to free 2 years warranty with registration) and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons!

How to Initiate a Return and Obtain a Refund/Replacement

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team and provide the reason for your return along with any necessary photos or videos to verify the issue with your order.

Step 2: Our Customer Support team will investigate the issue and provide a solution in accordance with our policy.

Step 3: Once an agreement on the solution is reached, our customer service team will supply you with the return details. Do not ship the mixer without our instructions.

Step 4: Return the product (if required). Once our warehouse receives the returned item, our Customer Support team will process the refund or replacement.

Pizza Goods will not charge you any processing fee for payment by credit/debit card or PayPal.

You should receive the refund within 2-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
