WARRANTY AND SERVICE POLICY

Effective Date: October 15, 2024 (this policy supersedes all previous agreements).

WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Pizza Goods offers a limited warranty on its products for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary by state or province. The coverage applies only when the equipment is used as intended and described in the Pizza Goods User Manual.

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • The standard warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.

  • Select products qualify for an extended warranty of one additional year, bringing the total coverage to two years at no extra cost. Eligible products include:

    • SUN6 Basic

    • SUN10 Basic

    • EASY6

    • EASY10

    • EASY15

    • EVO6

    • EVO10

    • EVO15

    • TOTOVEN F842

To qualify for this extended warranty, you must register your product on the Register Your Product page.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

1. Shipping Damage

If your shipment is managed by Pizza Goods and arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the affected items. To initiate this process, you must either refuse to sign for the shipment or accept it while documenting the damage on the shipping documents.

  • Notification: You must notify Pizza Goods of any shipping damage within 72 hours of receipt by calling +1 (954) 399 9396 or emailing support@pizzagoods.com. Failure to do so may affect our ability to address the issue.

2. Defects in Material and Workmanship

In the event of defects in materials or workmanship, Pizza Goods’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Approved parts for return must be sent to the designated Pizza Goods office, with shipping costs prepaid by us.

  • Repairs can be conducted by:

    • You, with assistance from Pizza Goods

    • An accredited technician recognized by Pizza Goods, if necessary

Pizza Goods reserves the right to replace defective parts with new or refurbished components at our discretion. Furthermore, we may require inspection of the product (shipping costs covered by Pizza Goods) and analysis of usage information, including connected data.

3. Claims Validation

To validate a warranty claim, Pizza Goods may require evidence of the issue, such as:

  • Participation in video chats or phone conversations

  • Photographs

  • Any other relevant information

EXCLUSIONS

Pizza Goods will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or diminution in value, arising from the use of your product, regardless of the circumstances. This warranty is intended as your exclusive remedy for any defects.

This warranty will be void if:

  • The product is not assembled or operated per the operating instructions in the user manual.

  • Incompatible third-party components are used.

  • The product has been damaged, abused, or improperly maintained.

  • There are any unauthorized modifications to the product.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pizza Goods will determine, at our sole discretion, if your warranty claim is valid under this policy. Non-compliance with required procedures may void your claim. Damages or defects due to delivery or shipping must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, scuff marks, and paint damage under two (2) inches, is not covered. Any damages resulting from misuse or improper maintenance are also excluded from warranty coverage. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or replacements of parts will void the warranty.
